Not covered
- Changes to the scope after the project brief is signed off
- Subjective preference changes
- Delays caused by missing client assets, approvals, or feedback
- Results beyond the deliverable itself, including leads, traffic, or revenue
Applies to deliverables explicitly listed in the signed proposal or scope document. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. Scope changes after sign-off are quoted as new work.
